Same day delivery
Our cut-off time for same day delivery is 11am AEST each day except for Sundays, Mother’s day, Valentine’s day and all public holidays. If you missed the cut-off time, please ring us on 0385381720. Mother’s day and Valentine’s day orders
Mother’s day order will need to be placed 23:59 AEST the night before Mother’s day.

Recipient’s phone number
It is always essential to leave us with the recipient’s phone number to avoid re-delivery.
No one is there
If the recipient is not there, the flowers will be left in a place deemed safe by our courier. Otherwise our courier will attempt to call the recipient or yourself. If no one is answering, our courier will bring the flowers back to our shop. We will then contact the recipient or yourself to organise a re-delivery. Please note re-delivery will incur a delivery fee depending on the destination.
Wrong address provided
If you have provided a wrong address to us, we will call you to organise the re-delivery. However re-delivery will incur a fee depending on the destination. We ask you double check the delivery address inputted to avoid re-delivery hassle.
