We deliver to Melbourne Metropolitan suburbs within 40km from us.

Please enter you have selected your delivery date and time. Please note, courier can not deliver at a specific time due to traffic conditions. If you really wish your flowers to be delivered at a specific time, please give us a call on 0385381720 and we will try our best to help.


Same day flower delivery

Our cut-off time for same day delivery is 12pm AEST each day except for Mondays, Sundays and all public holidays. If you missed the cut-off time, please ring us on 0385381720. We will see if we can still organise it for you with our couriers. We do endeavour to get your order delivered at your desired date. Please note, same day delivery is for ALL DAY. No SPECIFIC TIME CAN BE SELECTED. If you wish your flowers to be delivered at a specific time, please contact our shop on 03 8538 1720. 

Valentine's Day flower delivery

We will be delivering on Valentine's day 14th Feb. Please advise your preferred delivery time (AM or PM only, no specific time can be selected) in the notes sections. If we have issue with your delivery time, we will contact you prior to the day. There will be extra charge if you wish for a specific time delivery.


Public holidays

Our store will be closed on all public holidays, therefore we regret to advise you we do not delivery on public holidays.


Recipient’s phone number

It is always essential to leave us with the recipient’s phone number to avoid re-delivery.


No one is there

If the recipient is not there, the flowers will be left in a place deemed safe by our courier. Otherwise our courier will attempt to call the recipient or yourself. If no one is answering, our courier will bring the flowers back to our shop. We will then contact the recipient or yourself to organise a re-delivery. Please note re-delivery will incur a delivery fee depending on the destination.


Wrong address provided

If you have provided a wrong address to us, we will call you to organise the re-delivery. However re-delivery will incur a fee depending on the destination. We ask you double check the delivery address inputted to avoid re-delivery hassle.


Return/refund Policy

If you change your mind about your flower purchase prior to the order being created, we are happy to refund your entire order. Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns unless order delivered is incorrect. Please contact the store on 03 8538 1720 within 24 hours, as we do not accept email request for returns. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the flowers being delivered, please do not hesitate to contact us on 03 8538 1720. We are more than happy to assist.
