Mother's Day Mindful Morning Workshop

Treat your mum to a blissful morning at Greenfields Albert Park Lake with group yoga and meditation, followed by a flower arranging workshop and grazing platter breakfast. We guide you to rest and reflect, an opportunity to establish deeper connections within ourselves.

The first hour starts with group yoga and meditation guided by Sharon from 432 Yoga. Sharon would guide you through your yoga practice with breathing techniques, a sequence of movement, leading up to a series of Yin poses to wind down your body.  You won’t need any prior experience in yoga, just get your foot onto the mat and you are ready to go.

After your 20 minute break with a buffet breakfast, you'll be joining our florist Emily for a beautiful flower arranging workshop. Fill your senses with floral scents, beautiful colours and shapes, including a range of seasonal autumn blooms and foliage. With your new found creative self you will be guided through how to make a hand-tied bouquet.

Finishing off our mindful morning, you'll have the opportunity to have some photos taken by a professional photographer with your floral creation.

As this could be a fun Mother's Day event for Mother and Daughter, we encourage Mother and Daughter twin bookings. (not mandatory)

*All props and flowers are provided and you'll get to take your floral creation home.
